1. On-site consultation. We visit the property, walk the space, and work through how you want to use it, what's not working now, and what your budget looks like.
2. Measure and assess. We take measurements, document grades and drainage, and note anything that'll affect the build — utilities, trees, slopes, existing structures.
3. Concept and materials. We put together a design concept and walk you through material options, layouts, and how everything fits together. You'll know what you're getting before we price it.
4. Final plan and quote. Once the design is dialed in, we deliver a clear scope and transparent quote.
5. Build. When you're ready, our crew takes over and brings the plan to life.
