A hardscape project isn't done until the grass grows back in. We offer seeding and sod installation as a finish service on our own projects and as a standalone service for clients who just need a lawn done right. Proper soil prep, grading, and the right seed or sod blend for Iowa conditions is what makes the difference between a yard that patches in and a yard that never quite recovers.

  • 1. Final grading. We shape and smooth the surface so water drains the right direction and the finished lawn is even underfoot.

    2. Seed or sod installation. For seed, we use blends suited to Iowa conditions and apply with proper coverage and protection. For sod, we lay tight seams and roll for full soil contact.
